OddsClass does not ask for your name, phone number or email to read our guides. We set no tracking cookies. Our server keeps basic technical logs for security. If you click a link to a bookmaker, that bookmaker's own privacy policy applies.

OddsClass (oddsclass.com) is a free betting education website for readers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda and Tanzania.

What data we collect
We collect as little as possible. You can read every page without an account.

We do not sell your data. We do not build profiles of readers.
Cookies and similar tools
OddsClass sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The calculator uses your browser's local storage to remember your country. This data never leaves your device.
If we add website statistics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies, and we will update this page first.
Links to bookmakers and other sites
Some pages link to licensed bookmakers. These are affiliate links, explained in our affiliate disclosure.
When you click such a link, you leave OddsClass. The bookmaker may record that you came from us, using a tracking link or cookies on its own site. That data is handled under the bookmaker's own privacy policy, not ours. Read it before you open an account.
Age
OddsClass is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18.
Your rights
Data protection laws in our six countries give you rights over your personal data. These include the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012, South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 and Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act 2022.
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it.
Email redact@oddsclass.com. We will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
How we protect data
The whole site uses HTTPS. Server logs are kept only as long as listed above and only people who run the site can see them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "Reviewed" date below.
